Due to the nature of flooring products, including size, weight, and installation requirements, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and product quality.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must provide order information and photos of the product condition before returning any items.

  • Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an error made by VelnoriaCraft, we will be responsible for the return or replacement costs.

  • If the return is requested due to personal preference, incorrect measurements, or a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Customized Orders

Customized flooring products or special-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the confirmed order specifications.

7. Product Inspection Before Installation

We strongly recommend inspecting all flooring materials before installation.

  • Product condition

  • Dimensions and specifications

VelnoriaCraft is not responsible for installation costs or labor expenses after flooring has been installed.
